hi cecily. >> lie rick. yes, it's dark out here. the sun has set and temperatures are dropping. our high today 56 degrees, that's 3 degrees below normal so a little bit on the cool side. now we're down to 54. allentown 51. trenton 53. millville down to 46 degrees and wilmington right now 52. satellite6 along with action radar showing high pressure just to the west. that's what brought us the brilliant sunshine today. what that high pressure will do tomorrow is sink down across the carolinas so that will bring us a return flow out of the southwest and that will gradually warm us up but when the polls open tomorrow morning, it is going to be a little bit on the chilly side. pennsylvania the polls opening at 7 o'clock around 34 degrees, new jersey they open at 6:00 it's still dark then, 35 degrees and delaware at 7 o'clock 37 with sunshine and through the day, beautiful weather tomorrow. it will be dry, it will be sunny and in the afternoon, temperatures warming up pretty dramatically. 69 in philadelphia, allentown 68 and cape may 64 degrees.

so, get out and vote. i am tracking some much needed rain on the way. i'll have details on that in the full accuweather forecast. rick and monica. >> all right cecily we'll see se you back inside. news philadelphia commuters have been waiting near a week to hear. the septa strike finally over. >> we're pleased this morning to announce a tentative agreement with twu local 234. >> i feel like it's christmas. like that's unfortunate that getting like a right of transportation back. >> but the work is just beginning for the agency. septa is now trying to get up and running at full capacity in time for election day tomorrow. >> neither side is officially talking about the settlement terms but sources tell "action news" the agreement gives unionized workers an enhanced pension. union members will have to pay more for health insurance. the full union will vote on this deal on friday november 18th. >> "action news" reporter sarah bloomquist lab talking to commuters all afternoon and she's live at 69th street station in upper darby tonight with more.

started moving again, more riders could get where they needed to go but many harbor hard feelings about the hard ships the strike caused them. >> we the ones that's suffering. like we really suffering and it's some people that just can't get around. >> extra expense last week to pay for parking, so, you know, i can't get reimbursed for that. >> reporter: a small group held a rally in front of septa headquarters asking for free rides to make up the for the days they couldn't use passes. or paid for other modes of transportation. >> they should give us a free ride for a few days or something to try to help us without expense. >> reporter: and septa has announced it is offering a credit voucher for unused weekly or monthly trans passes. you can use that voucher toward a future purchase. don't throw away the unused trans pass you do have. you'll need to turn it in in order to get that credit. live in upper darby i'm sarah

street subway lines the first to come back online. bus and trolly routes are also gradually coming back as well. well, the end of the septa strike is good news for workers and commuters needless to say. >> yes, matt pelman is in the "action news" traffic center with more on how the commute is going now. >> strike that strike, it is over now. the bad news is we're not quite back to normal just yet, rick and monica. as you said, that will happen tomorrow. for this evening's commute, we are seeing limited service on all of the city transit services in most cases that just means things aren't running quite as frequently as they normally do. like on the market frankford line running about every six minutes this evening. normally it would be about every four minutes. service not quite as frequent as normal and on the regional rails we're still seeing extra people using them. we've also had some power issues on some of the regional rails today so again this afternoon you're looking at delays across-the-board many of them now around 20 minutes. and of course the big clinton rally is happening tonight in just a couple hours on independence mall and there's basically a box of

"action news" has learned she was a staff member for a production company named sharp. the crew was there producing a
